Black Widow's base is a BTAS Catwoman, which was the perfect choice because of that belt she wears, it looks just like Widow's. The head comes from a figure who was a character in the animated movie, 'The Road to El Dorado', don't know the name, but I chose that head because I wanted a  70s looking Widow with the long hair and the bangs. The 'stingers' are a modified belt from another figure.
