Dr.Mid-Nite's base is a BTAS Nightwing, the head has been sanded, the goggles, crescent moons and belt are cut pieces of plastic and the belt buckle is from a 5" GI Joe. The gauntlets were created with Milliput as are the boot tops and the bottom part of his tunic is cut from a Batman cape.
