Hellcat's base is BTAS Harley Quinn, the ears came from BTAS Batman. Her hair is sculpted entirely out of Milliput along with her mask. Her belt and sash are from various parts. I made the eyes on her mask slightly higher than on the original Harley figure to at least put some amount of difference between my custom and the original base.
