From the Justice League episode 
'A Better  World'  Justice Lord Batman uses a JL Batman base of course. His ears were cut off, turned the other way, glued back on and then modified with sculpting to give him more of a different look than the regular Batman figure. Styrene was used to extend his cape over his shoulders, it was also used for the Bat emblem and leg bands.
