This was a totally inspired custom, I just saw the parts, constructed it in my head and it took off from there! Red Skull's base is a BTAS Jet Pack Joker from the 'Mask of the Phantasm' line. His right arm was cut at the elbow, straightened out a bit and then filled when clay. His head is a modifified Justice League Martian Manhunter. Sculpting was done on his applets, gauntlets and a bit on his pants.
