I really love Red Tornado's look here, he looks great in the Animated Style. His base is a JL Green Lantern. Now how I did the head was a little odd, it is comprised of two halves. I kept the back part of the GL head (sliced it in half) the front part is an Iron Man mask from the ToyBiz Maestro's bandolier. They were glued together, then Milliput was added to smooth it all out. The cape is from a JL Martian Manhunter with slight modification.
