From the Elseworlds' book, 'Elseworld's Finest' is Supergirl. The base is a ToyBiz Mystique with modifications made with Milliput and a dremel. The head is from an Anastasia figure with a new hairdoo compliments of Milliput again, some ears were added as well since they were covered up about halfway from the original hairdoo. The cape is from a Total Justice Superman that has been modified a bit.
