One of my favorite costume designs, Joker's base is a BTAS Harley Quinn who was made for this custom. Her arms were replaced with a BTAS Riddler's so that I wouldn't have to use as much Milliput to make the poofy sleeves in her jacket. The rest of it is all sculpted and sanded Milliput (the hair too)
