I had long wanted to make a JLU Ray but never found a suitable head for until the JLU Aztek showed up. Since both character's headgear looks similar it was pretty simple to modify Aztek's noggin into Ray's. The body is a JLU Starman, the collar is modified from a JLU Martian Manhunter and all the cuffs and glove tops are sculpted.
