BLACK CROW Black Crow here has to be one of the most obscure Marvel characters I've done to date. This was a commissioned piece from a person who is Native American and an action figure collector, (Marvel I assume) he wanted Native American characters to be represented on his shelf so he requested Red Wolf, which I had done before and Black Crow which I had trouble getting the right reference for due to his minimal appearances in the books. His base is a Marvel Legends Bullseye, the mask is completely sculpted. Sculpting was also done on chest piece, arm cuffs and the top of his boots/moccasins. His head and arm feathers came from some Native American figures I found at a hobby shop. The shoulder feathers are pieced together from an Xmen Angel. His hair braids are made from modified shoelace ends. The loincloth and knife are from a ML Conan figure. The wrappings on his boots were made from the plastic material you use to make keychain lanyards. The top knee section were from a Thor figure and modified. A lot of work but very much worth it for the end result.
