Hourman’s base is a Total Justice Superman, the head is a Pirate Batman because the mask has sort of a loose fitting look to it which Hourman has. I added to that look by applying Milliput around the head & sanding it. The collar is made from a thin vinyl so that it would fold easy. The hourglass is made up of two Playmobil wine bottles with the tops cut off & then glued together the rest is cut plastic, it hangs from the collar with red mesh twine. The cape is from a Steel (Superman)
