The newest Mr.Terrific provided quite a challenge since he wears a jacket. That was solved by using a ToyBiz Johnny Blaze for the top half of the base. The jacket was cut at the shoulders so it could be removed for priming and painting. The bottom half of the custom is a ToyBiz Corsair. His head is a Total Justice Black Lightning. The piping on his outfit is from a necklace kit, that same kit provided the 'T' spheres you see floating around him as well as in his hand. The 'Terrific' and 'Fair Play' logos are decoupaged on from a computer printout.
