Darkseid's least favorite son uses a DC Direct 'Hush' Ras Al Ghul figure as a base. The base figure was almost a perfect fit for Orion, especially the expression on his face. Slight modification (dremeling) was made to the head to make it more of a 'square' shape rather than the original 'oval' shape. From there, the is helmet was constructed from a combination of Milliput and styrene. Styrene was also used for the 'wings' on his helmet. Sculpting was also done for his collar, wristbands and the top part of the boots.
This custom really captured Orion's personality completely, he just looks so ready to bust some heads.
