There have been many incarnations of the Red Tornado, from the Golden Age all the way to Kingdom Come. This version is from the Silver Age and he's wearing the costume he had during the late 70s early 80s. The base is a Total Justice Superman, the head is a ToyBiz Prof. X. His cape is also from the same TJ Supes with a collar added from a ToyBiz Gladiator cape. The gauntlets and boots were sculpted from Milliput.
