I thought the Tangent Joker's costume was such a great design, I had to do a figure of her. The base is a Spawn Widow Maker which had a lot of holes in it when I pulled all the armor and crap off of it. These were all filled in with Milliput & sanded. The head is Water Wars Storm with the hair butched. The arms are from a Warriors of Virtue General Grillo, with Milliput added, the gloved hands and main part of the coat is from a ToyBiz Jubilee. The shoulder pads are cut foam, the boot thingys are cut plastic, paint used is enamel & acrylic enamel.
