Zauriel from the JLA was indeed a great challenge, I'm really proud how he turned out.  His base is a TJ Superman and the head came from a Starship Trooper (don't know his name) The helmet is sculpted from Milliput except for the top center piece, it is cut from a ToyBiz Cerebro helmet accessory. Zauriel's armor is sculpted entirely from Milliput except for shoulder pieces, they came from a ToyBiz 'Spy' Wolverine. His wings are from the ToyBiz Angel from the Classic Xmen 5-pack. (thanks Jack!!) They were attached one at a time with Milliput, which made a good strong bond to the rest of his armor and are completely functional (heh, they also hold him up, they're HUGE!!) For the white part of his armor I used a pearl white acrylic paint, the holy inscriptions were made with a gold Pentel ball point gel pen.
