Yes this is a Captain America-ish character that battles super-nazis during WWII but this guy has quite a different look to him of course.
His base uses a JLU Starman with sculpting modifications made to the head that include the goggles and the ear coverings. Sculpt work was also done on the chest plate and shoulders. The belt comes from a JLU Lex Luthor with sculpting also done on the gloves and boots. Okay, now onto the Commander's nemesis...
