This a commissioned custom I did for a video game company, who's game will be called 'Spores'

Madam Skrillula's body base is a modified Harley Quinn but hey, lets talk about the REAL challenge here... that head!
She's kind of a female 'Two Face' only she has a silver skull on the other side. Here's how it went...I took the head from a ToyBiz Storm and cut it almost perfectly in half with some PVC pipe cutters, from there I had to find a skull which would be almost a perfect facial feature 'match'. After a VERY extensive search I found the skull. It came from a shoulder adornment from a 'Batman & Robin' (the movie) figure called 'Frostbite' I cut the skull off of him and then cut that in half, unfortunately it was only the top half of a skull so I had to sculpt the lower jaw. It worked great! I am very pleased with how she came out. Her hair is sculpted as well.
